He graduated from 9 Eylül University Manisa Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration in 1997.
He completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at Istanbul Fatih University Institute of Social Sciences in 2012 and his PhD in Business Administration at U.S.A York University in 2016.
Between 1997 and 2017 he worked in senior management positions in foreign and domestic companies.
In 2016 he started his entrepreneurship as a Management Consultant with Newaway Academy and in the beauty sector, respectively:

İzmir Chamber of Commerce and Turkish Exporters Assembly member.
His poetry book SOBE, which includes poems he wrote in different cities of Türkiye at different times, was published in 2016, and his book PARDON PATRON, which deals with Change and Institutionalization in Family Businesses, was published by Ceres Publications in 2018.
Her personal development book SENDEN 1 SEN and her poetry book MEFTUN are waiting for their publication schedule.
She is also a Mediator under the General Directorate of Criminal Affairs, Alternative Solutions Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey.
She is a donor and volunteer member of the Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey, Mor Çatı Women’s Shelter Foundation, Turkey Mehmetçik Foundation, TEMA Foundation and tries to contribute to the planet we live in as much as she can.
