After graduating from Buca Vocational High School, I worked as a sales consultant for beauty cosmetics companies in stores such as YKM, YENİ KONAK in the fields of cosmetics and beauty expertise. In order to improve myself in the sector, I completed my mastership, then my master instructor and orientation trainings by taking special MEB trainings.
I worked in HEM centers affiliated with the National Education Ministry (Güzelbahçe, Konak, Karabağlar, Balçova), İŞKUR affiliated courses, special MEB affiliated courses, apprenticeship training centers and Hairdressers Chamber exam committees for many years.
I reinforced my knowledge about beauty expertise by attending Marmara University Cosmetology trainings. I gave many trainings in Turkey and abroad. I have always been honored by my students turning into successful business people.
As the founder of Alsancak Estetik Akademi (Özel Soylu Esthetician Course), we have trained many personnel for the sector and created employment.
I have supported successful experts in the sector to take their place in the market by providing training with South Korea CYBER 21 product groups and BODYOGRAPHY make-up products.
For many years, I have volunteered in many organizations and non-governmental organizations in Izmir as a sales, marketing, implementer, employer, educator. … I have gained.
In my makeup studio in Alsancak, I have brought together many famous trainers in Istanbul with my colleagues in Izmir.
Since I have always been in the sector in some way, I believe that deficiencies, what needs to be done and providing healthy service is possible through vocational training.
I am working to ensure gender equality in the sector and in our business life.
As a person who has been in the beauty sector for approximately 35 years, I support the work carried out in our association to find solutions to questions about the sector and to collect current issues in an area that everyone can access.
In order for women to be empowered in business and social life, I am a participant, active worker and volunteer I am a mentor.
